We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Site Manager, Operations Support to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team at UHSPO, Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera.
About you:
- Extensive experience managing Sustainment, Engineering or Logistics in a Defence DASA regulated environment.
- Extensive Project Management experience, with the ability to manage across multiple disciplines with competing priorities.
- Strong demonstrated managing customer relations.
- Extensive experience managing a distributed multi-disciplinary workforce.
- Extensive communications skills.
- Extensive experience establishing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in DASR Part 21J, Part M or Part 145 organisations.
- Defence Experience.
- Risk Management Experience.
- Organisational Change Experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day operations and personnel tasking for the UHSPO Black Hawk team.
- Lead strategic activities relating to further development of ongoing Sustainment improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Embedded team.
- Establish implementation plans for Sustainment improvements.
- Lead and Manage the site team, being responsive to customer request and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Monitor and report to the ESM on the alignment between Sustainment strategic improvements and Transitioning Transformation activities.
- Participate and report status in internal and external Program forums as required.
- Work with team members from cross functional services, service delivery and transformation to ensure tracking of development efforts are inline to achieve Program milestones.
- Develop and own risks related to operations and transition management to ensure risk mitigations are in place for activities identified.
- Support UH-60M Black Hawk Program Manager in additional PMO tasks as required.
