- Works closely with the Australian Marketing Lead to manage priorities of business to optimize impact and revenue opportunity and delivering effectively on the marketing plan
- Creates and runs locally relevant campaigns that align to the business priorities
- Develops good relationships with business stakeholders to best understand the objectives and approaches that best support their business needs
- Delivering campaign using the full marketing mix while showing curiosity and innovation to continually try new approaches in a structured test environment
- Can adapt and adjust global campaign material to deliver relevant material and campaigns to the Australian audience
- Reports on local demand-focused programs
- B2B Marketing background with experience in content and digital marketing, plus an understanding of event marketing as part of wider campaign techniques
- Working in an environment where a strong relationship with sales has been critical
- Is comfortable in working without direct reports but good at organising teams from other specialist functions in marketing to support on key projects.
- Brings high energy to the region and a drive to get things done
- Strong history of integrated campaign delivery with tangible results
- Inclusive listener who takes on the views of other specialists in the wider team and is not afraid to make compromises to get the right outcome.
