The opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Product Designer to join our growing Design practice, reporting directly to the Head of Design. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our customer experience and service design initiatives.

As a Product Designer, you will work end-to-end across the design process, from discovery and research through to validation and delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers to define vision and strategy, and partner with engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and participate in customer research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.

  • Design customer journeys, workflows, and service touchpoints that deliver seamless experiences.

  • Translate research findings into service blueprints, concepts, prototypes, and UI designs that balance usability and business outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Engage in full end-to-end design processes, from discovery to validation.

About you

  • Skilled in research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and synthesising insights into actionable design solutions.

  • A background in CX or Service Design, with experience designing processes and systems—not just screens.

  • Proficient at utilising design systems to deliver consistent and engaging user interfaces across products.

  • Experience working in SaaS or digital product environments is highly desirable.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates impact, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes.

Please note: This is not a graphic design role. While visual craft is important, we’re looking for someone who can design experiences and services that deliver real value to customers and the business.
