The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Organisational Capability & Experience Consultant to join our People & Culture team. This role is part of an agile team shaping and delivering initiatives that build workforce capability, enhance employee experience, and enable business performance. Reporting to the Senior Organisational Capability & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key consulting and advisory role with Business Leaders and P&C Business Partners to identify needs, co-design, implement, and embed solutions that support organisational effectiveness.
With a primary focus on learning and development, you’ll also contribute to strategic initiatives across culture, employee experience, talent management, leadership, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and early careers.
What You’ll Do
- Consult and advise stakeholders to identify capability needs and design impactful solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of organisational development initiatives, ensuring alignment with People & Culture and business strategies.
- Use data and insights to measure success, identify gaps, and continuously improve programs.
- Apply human-centred design and agile methodologies to co-create solutions and deliver in an iterative, collaborative way.
- Facilitate workshops and change activities to drive engagement, adoption, and embedment of initiatives.
