Additional Information: Show/Hide The ideal candidate will build strong, trusting relationships with families, provide high-quality weekly home visits, and individualize child development activities that strengthen parent engagement. This person will guide families through goal-setting, connect them with community resources, and ensure all developmental screenings, assessments, and health requirements are completed on time. We seek someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with diverse families—someone who can document services accurately in ChildPlus, support recruitment and enrollment efforts, and work closely with our education, health, mental health, nutrition, ERSEA, and disabilities teams.
Successful candidates will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (elementary education, family and consumer science, nursing, social work, counseling) or hold a Home Visitor CDA. Experience working with adults, infants, and toddlers is preferred. Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to work with families from diverse backgrounds, and the capacity to make independent decisions while contributing as a strong team member.
