Experience

·    1+ year of experience in Women’s Health or related field as a NP or PA; 3+ years preferred.

·    Experience with Epic EMR system highly preferred

Education & Licensure

·        California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing licensure or California Physician Assistant license

·        Current, active, unrestricted licensure as an NP or PA

·        Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

·        Board certification in Women’s Health (Preferred)

·        Current BLS

·        NPI and DEA
