• Touring prospective residents and helping them find the right home
• Following up with leads and maintaining accurate guest card data
• Assisting with applications, move-in paperwork, and lease agreements
• Supporting resident retention through renewals and excellent service
• Maintaining model units and the leasing office to TI Communities� high standards
• Participating in marketing outreach and social media efforts
• Collaborating with your team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
• Building relationships with residents and representing TI Communities� mission with pride
