Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst supports the analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of Hydro’s compensation programs. This role works closely with HR, management, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Based in the Hydro Extrusion North America Business Unit Headquarters in Rosemont, IL, the position offers a hybrid/flexible work schedule and plays a key role in maintaining compensation data integrity, supporting pay initiatives, and driving strategic compensation projects.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
- Experience within manufacturing a plus
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Certification in SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CCP preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and Mercer WIN systems preferred
- Proven analytical and presentation skills supporting compensation initiatives
- Functional knowledge of compensation methodologies and pay structures
- Strong aptitude in data analysis and research methods
- Solid understanding of HR systems, job architecture, and salary structures
