Description
Pacor, Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and facility equipment at both our Gastonia and Bessemer City locations.

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and observation
- Dismantle equipment to replace or repair defective parts
- Inspect and measure components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Adjust machine components and controls
- Fabricate repair parts when needed
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Support facility maintenance (painting, light repairs, etc.)
- Maintain a safe, clean work area
Shift & Pay
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Range: $25–$28 per hour
Required Experience & Education
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or similar field
- High School Diploma/GED
- OSHA/safety training preferred
Preferred Skills
- Mechanical and equipment maintenance skills
- Technical understanding of machinery
- Basic safety knowledge
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
