About the Role:

The Corrugator Bander Operator on the 3rd shift plays a critical role in the manufacturing process of non-durable goods by ensuring the efficient operation of the corrugator banding machinery. This position is responsible for maintaining consistent production flow, applying bands to corrugated products accurately, and meeting quality standards to support overall plant productivity. The operator will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule reliably.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically with corrugator bander or similar packaging machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the corrugator bander machine during the 3rd shift to ensure continuous production.
