JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Financial Operations to lead our financial planning, analysis, and performance management initiatives. This role is responsible for providing actionable insights, optimizing financial performance, implementing financial systems, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with company strategy.
- Develops financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Defines, implements, and monitors KPIs to track business performance and drive accountability.
- Designs and maintains financial systems and reporting tools to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
- Provides regular analysis of business performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partners with business units to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.
- Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing FP&A team.
- Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
