Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Trinidad team. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to support patients across our southern Colorado service region, including La Junta and nearby communities

Responsibilities:
· Provides therapy under the treatment plans and supervision of the licenses Physical Therapist.
· Completes visit notes accurately and timely.
· Reviews patient’s injury/diagnosis and takes necessary precautions for observing indications and contraindications.
· Keeps the supervising therapist informed of patient status, problem areas, progress, etc.,
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program culminating in an associate degree.
· Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.
· Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license.
· Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
· Two years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
· Willing to visit patients throughout Otero and surrounding counties.
