| Essential Functions |
Summary: The Final Assembly Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mechanical integration team. This role ensures the successful assembly of large-scale backup power systems by coordinating workflow, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Lead works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure all mechanical integration tasks—from Tank Prep to Engine Finish—are completed accurately and on schedule. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who combine technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic thinking. Accountabilities:
