IT Junior Project Manager at ECS Ltd

• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users. The Junior PM may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions
• Coordinating project-planning meetings
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Manage all tasks for one or more medium to large-sized project(s) of moderate to high complexity and risk
• Coordinating and leading agile development sprint meetings
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Document solutions for team members and end users
• Support and communicate production deployments of developed solutions
• Organizing and maintaining project backlog
• Organizing and maintaining maintenance backlog

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field

• Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred

• 1 - 2 years of related experience
