Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees the operational efficiency, compliance, and performance of multiple communities within a designated region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents while driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide guidance to Executive Directors and coordinate operational activities across multiple communities within a designated region.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve budgetary goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess facility operations and provide support and guidance to facility leadership teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery across the region.
  • Serve as a liaison between regional facilities, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, resident satisfaction, and overall Community performance.
  • Will be required to occasionally do local travel and/or out-of-state travel for meetings or training.
  • Supervisory Responsibility: Yes.

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
    • At least 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on operations management.
    • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple facilities within a regional or multi-site setting.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
    • Financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation. 
    • Experience in strategic planning, performance improvement, and change management initiatives.
    • Proven track record of regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and have excellent time management skills.
    • Previous experience managing senior-level staff and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
    • Understanding of quality assurance principles and experience in maintaining high standards of care.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships.
    • Commitment to ethical practices and promoting a positive culture.
