The Transaction Manager oversees the transaction coordination team to ensure all real estate files are accurate, complete, and compliant with FREC, NAR, and company standards. This role supports agents and office managers by maintaining organized workflows from contract to closing and ensuring a smooth, efficient transaction process across all residential, commercial, and preconstruction sales.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and supervise the transaction coordination team to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Review all transaction files to ensure completeness and adherence to FREC, NAR, and company policies.
- Manage and track the transaction and preconstruction sales pipelines from contract through closing.
- Support agents and office managers by providing timely updates, documentation, and guidance throughout each transaction.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for document management and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improving transaction efficiency and client experience.
- Ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met for each file.
