Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, supply chain management or related degree from an accredited program.
A minimum of ten years of experience with strategic partner programs or a related field.
Strong experience in client and business development.
Demonstrated experience in program management and execution preferred.
Strong understanding of strategic partner program principles and best practices preferred.
Strong knowledge and experience in managing projects.
Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and analytical skills.
Strong facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thoughfully and positively influence, lead and manage.
Certified Professional in Supplier Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) strongly preferred.
