Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business Integration Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on executive reporting, strategic planning, and comprehensive project oversight. This role is pivotal in driving business performance through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex programs that support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of executive-level reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Financial Performance Reviews (FPRs), and financial performance updates.
- Oversee a strategic portfolio of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, resource optimization, and timely execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project inventory dashboards, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations.
- Translate complex data into strategic insights and compelling narratives using advanced PowerPoint and visualization tools.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project prioritization, risk and change management, and reporting cadence.
- Facilitate high-impact executive meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 or more years of experience in program or project management in a corporate, financial, or consulting environment.
- Experience in executive reporting, strategic planning, and/or cross-functional leadership.
- Experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with financial principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience with project management tools with deep power point and excel knowledge.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus.
