Base Pay Range:

$20.00 - $30.00

As a Special Projects Coordinator, your essential job functions will include the following:

  • Review and manage dealer claims, as well as process credits for key Ford programs.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of key Ford programs, including but not limited to, Low Price Tire Guarantee, Employee Discount, Military and First Responder Rebate, and program billing.
  • Create and distribute weekly claims report files, as well as handling ad hoc requests.
  • Working with Tire Program Headquarters to resolve customer concerns and questions as it relates to claims submissions and credit processing.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound communications with vendors and tire manufacturers, while providing superior customer service, technical related advice and translating inquiries into opportunities.
  • Act as back up for the Ford Production Manager.
  • Ability to provide customer solutions through general knowledge of programs and processes as well as provides support to team as needed.
  • Exhibit a strong focus on developing relationships.
  • Represent AMI with all Ford dealers and customers.
  • Evaluate the customer’s needs and determine appropriate actions.
  • Contribute to the development and share innovative ideas to improve processes and policy to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of claims as needed.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and rebates.
  • Display a professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Complete all administrative documentation required.
  • Input critical notes to service request management system.
  • Attend all training sessions, as required.
  • Exhibit basic proficiency with diagnostic skills and program knowledge.
  • Confer with internal associates to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions on key analytical assignments.
  • Assist tire manufacturers with account set up and host training on the ATW Portal and claims processes.
  • Audit of claims programs as required by management.
  • Maintain dealer waste tax certificates as specified by manufacturer.
