Greenhouse Fabrics is a fourth-generation fabric company headquartered in High Point, NC. Our company is built on a legacy of style, service, and connection. We are seeking a National Traveling Sales Representative who embodies our brands, deepens client relationships, and drives revenue through meaningful, in-person interactions.
Position Summary:
This is a high-impact, relationship-focused sales role responsible for representing both Greenhouse and Anna Elisabeth brands across the country. You will visit high-priority clients, nurture underperforming accounts, generate leads, and gather actionable customer feedback. As a brand advocate, you will travel two weeks per month and work in-office the other two weeks, collaborating with the Sales team to elevate our client experience and drive measurable account growth and client retention.

Top Responsibilities:
Brand Advocacy: Represent both Greenhouse and Anna Elisabeth with excellence, communicating our brand values and offerings with clarity and enthusiasm across all client types.
In-Person Appointments: Schedule and lead strategic, high-priority customer visits with the goal of building new relationships and deepening partnerships with established clients.
Revitalize Accounts: Own and manage unassigned accounts. Re-engage customers with untapped potential to increase purchase frequency and revenue, with the goal of transitioning them to full account management.
Leads & Quotes: Proactively generate and follow up on leads and quotes during client visits and from within your portfolio of unassigned accounts.
Customer Feedback: Capture and report on customer insights, recurring themes, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person visits nationwide with designers and upholsterers
• Present product lines confidently using marketing materials and samples
• Enter visit notes and insights into ERP system
• Identify upsell opportunities and support account growth
• Share visit learnings with the Sales and Leadership team
• Uphold exceptional customer service and responsiveness
Requirements:
• Proven success in a field-based or traveling sales role
• Experience in interior design, textiles, or related industry preferred
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills
• Confident presenting to diverse audiences in various settings
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Comfortable with frequent nationwide travel (2 weeks/month)
• Strong alignment with a culture of abundance, ownership, and joy
Compensation:
• Base salary: $65,000–$70,000 depending on experience
• Commission: TBD
• Company credit card and per diem for travel expenses
• Employee books their own travel arrangements
