Reporting to the Head of MACS NTW Construction & Engineering, you will lead service delivery for the entire Network Roll-out portfolio in CU LAS, ensuring operational excellence, customer success, and profitability.
What you will do:
- Define and implement effective delivery strategies aligned with project cost models.
- Manage vendors using best practices.
- Ensure operational and financial target achievement.
- Drive adoption of global and MACS-specific solutions.
- Optimize profitability through automation, resource planning, and delivery models.
- Collaborate with presales, sourcing, and service delivery teams to build customer value propositions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and ethical standards.
- Promote diversity within the unit.
The skills you bring:
- Proven Network Roll-out experience.
- Leadership expertise in matrix environments with geographically spread teams.
- Strong service delivery and portfolio knowledge (Services & Products).
- Crisis management and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- University degree in Business or Engineering.
