Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.Postgraduate degree (MBA, Finance, or IT Management) preferred.Certifications: CPA or DAMA desirable.Experience:12 years in Finance Transformation consulting or financial institutions.English: Advanced (written and spoken) is a MUST Proven record of success in Data Governance, Accounting Process Optimization, and Finance Systems Integration.Solid understanding of banking core systems and general ledger integrations.Experience managing data lineage, mapping, and reconciliation projects.Hands-on experience facilitating multidisciplinary workshops (Finance, Operations, Risk, IT).Technical Skills:Proficiency in ETL logic, data flow documentation, and transformation controls.Deep knowledge of accounting flows, chart of accounts, and close processes.Experience with metadata repositories or Data Element Matrix (DEM).Advanced Excel and strong command of MS Office tools.Soft Skills:Exceptional stakeholder management bridging Finance and IT.Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
