About the Role
We’re seeking a Plant Utility team member to join our Lloydminster canola crush facility. In this role, you’ll perform housekeeping, sanitation, and equipment cleaning duties to support plant operations. After training, you’ll also inspect and clean process equipment such as hammer mills, flaking mills, baghouses, pumps, expellers, and decanters.
This position involves both indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions and contributes directly to ADM’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties throughout production areas
• Clean and inspect process equipment after training
• Support operation of production plant equipment as required
• Clean both indoor and outdoor areas by sweeping, shoveling, and general maintenance
• Assist with sampling and grading of canola seed trucks and record data accurately
• Operate mobile and mechanical equipment (with training)
• Follow all ADM safety, food safety, and environmental standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support daily operations

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 4th Class ABSA Steam Ticket considered an asset
• Previous industrial or plant experience an advantage
Work Schedule
• 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on / 5 days off, 5 days on / 4 days off, 5 days on / 5 days off (day and night rotation)
• Occasional overtime opportunities available
• Future assignments may involve different hours to support 24/7 operations
