Within our Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS), we’re focused on capturing the opportunities at the intersection of cloud and services. As our customers deploy 5G, we aim to accelerate network optimization and automation by transforming networks into cloud-native software and services—enabling faster, more competitive offerings.

Our Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SA BOS) brings together a leading portfolio of Business and Operations Support Systems, designed to deliver superior customer experiences through aligned architecture, products, services, and commercial structures.

In this role, you will be a key driver of SA BOS strategy, working in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment. You’ll lead change, inspire innovation, and drive efficiency, automation, and digitalization—helping our customers succeed with the latest telecom technologies.

 

What you will do:

-Drive growth across the complete BOS portfolio, expanding beyond flow business to deliver end-to-end sales success.

-Own the commercial and strategic positioning of BOS products and services within assigned accounts.

-Build and strengthen executive-level relationships (CIOs, CxOs) by aligning Ericsson’s solutions with their strategic goals.

-Lead the entire customer lifecycle for BOS—including roadmap planning, upselling, and cross-selling.

-Oversee the commercial dimensions of all BOS deals, ensuring alignment with business area directives.

-Inspire collaboration across internal teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes and sustainable growth.

-Proactively identify new opportunities through insights, data analysis, and early customer engagement (pre-RFP stage).

 

The skills you bring

-Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (VP, C-level).

-10+ years of experience in IT, Cloud, or Monetization industry sales and delivery.

-Expertise in consultative selling—translating customer needs into business value and negotiating win-win outcomes.

-Strong value articulation skills, with the ability to communicate tangible benefits and ROI at executive level.

-Data-driven sales acumen, leveraging insights from market and operator architectures to shape opportunities.

-Deep understanding of industry trends, BOS portfolio, and digital transformation within telecom.

-Demonstrated success in sales and business development within complex, cross-functional organizations.

-Expertise in consultative selling, value-based argumentation, and commercial management.

-Strong leadership, collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset.

-University degree in Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
