Responsibilities : 

Responsibility for insuring profitability, growth and customer satisfaction 

 

Manage Program Success: 

- Drive multiple program teams to consistently achieve and exceed financial objectives 

- Accountable for customer satisfaction, program timing, program budgets, quality at launch and duration of program 

- Consistent application of OPmobility program management tools; (i.e. APQP, InPRO.) 

- Continuous improvement on current programs 

 

Manage Commercial Success: 

- Achieve and exceed material margin, EBIT and ROCE objectives 

- Accountable for customer satisfaction 

- Negotiation with Purchasing 

- Purchase Order Management for piece price and tooling 

- Manage cost reduction expectations of customer 

- Manage Customer Center service expectations 

- Manage Customer Rating “Balanced Scorecard” 

 

Profile : 

- Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering required.  Master’s Degree a plus 

- Minimum of 15 years automotive experience 

- 3-4 years Managerial/Program Management experience 

- Fuel systems supplier experience desired
