Gain in depth sales experience in the Off-Premise universe with a focus on Trade Marketing, Category Management & Business Insights. The Graduate will be based in the Off Premise sales team and will conduct
his/her rotations in Trade Marketing. This will be a formative role whereby the individual will be coached
on trade & sales aspects. The individual will be exposed to various sources of data, brand & trade marketing, category management and customer facing engagements.
Rotation 1 - Trade Marketing Specialist
- PRIMARY PURPOSE - Help support and deliver Off Premise projects across the channels, with focus on Trade & Customer marketing.
- Collect and consolidate consumer, customer and competitor insights / internally and externally.
- Conduct ideation sessions with the aim to drive innovation and differentiation within trade marketing initiatives and activities. Development of new innovative and impactful point of sale tools materials. Support of campaign briefs.
Rotation 2 - Category Specialist
- PRIMARY PURPOSE - Develop an unassailable level of energy category & shopper insight through analysis of multiple data sources (sales data, shopper data, market demographics, local & global shopper insights, internal cooler data)
- Use this data to support the National Key Accounts Teams to accelerate the growth of Energy drinks & Red Bull in the form of insights one-pagers that help sell in shelf space allocation, new item listings, disruptive display placements, additional cooler placements and other identified category opportunities.
Rotation 3- Insights Specialist
- PRIMARY PURPOSE - Business Insights & Data management
- Support the off premise team with master data management, data quality and data integration across various data platforms. Use the data to create & refresh internal dashboards.
Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification
Working on own initiative, “hands on” mentality
Any entrepreneurial experience
Retailer/sales experience desirable (but not a must)
Computer Skills: Excel/PPT literate
Communications and listening ability/interpersonal skills (direct customer contact)
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
Management reporting and budget control
Strong presentation skills supported by concept sell techniques
Able to work independently at times with responsibility, being organized, result driven and solution orientated
and able to take instruction (Open to coaching)
Commercial awareness desirable
