he Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and developing strategic customer relationships within a specific industry vertical (e.g., Automotive, Consumer & Retail, High Tech, Industrial). This role focuses on both retaining and growing existing accounts and identifying and converting new business opportunities within the assigned sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with active clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new prospects within the vertical, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to expand the customer base.
  • Vertical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned industry, understanding specific logistics needs, trends, and challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored freight forwarding solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Network Collaboration: Work closely with CEVA’s Global Account Management (GAM) and Regional Account Management (RAM) teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities across the network.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, revenue growth, and profitability, and report regularly to management.

Profile Requirements:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in a similar Key Account Management role.
  • Strong understanding of the assigned vertical’s supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term customer development.
