What are you going to do?

 

We are looking for a growth mindset and proactive person who will be responsable for the processing customer’s order and needs, giving support to our team.

 

Key responsabilities
Sales order processing and monitoring 
Market and customer data collection and processing
Support on the organization of internal activities 
Managing communications with external and internal customers. 
Support customers communication activities
Reception tasks, booking management, and coordination of internal schedules.

In short, you

 

•  Have a BSc or MSc level in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Tourism or related.

 

•  Have a background in customer management, or similar experiences in sales or commercial positions

 

•  Have an analytical mind and excellent communication & organization skills

 

•  Are professional, assertive, proactive, flexible to adapt and team player, eager to learn

 

•  Are fuent in Spanish and English – other languages will be a plus

 

•  Are IT tools  and data management friendly

 

•  Able to build a strong relationship with customers as well as internal stakeholders
