Where You’ll Make a Difference
Ensure logistics practices comply with company policies and government regulations.
Create deliveries and shipments from various order types, including intercompany transfers and samples.
Allocate batches and develop label/packing instructions for warehouse execution.
Organize specialized transport for returns, non-divisional products, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.
Generate and validate shipping documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouses, Quality, Planning, and Freight Forwarders to meet delivery commitments.
Manage customer logistics requirements and resolve issues to maintain high service levels.
Facilitate rush orders outside standard pick/pack timelines.
Provide freight cost estimates and approve carrier/vendor invoices.
Investigate logistics complaints and implement corrective actions.
Perform regular checks on open items (orders, shipment costs, goods issue, billing).
Create purchase requisitions for documentation and transportation costs.
Lead and manage the local logistics team.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure SOX compliance.
Implement new logistics processes and maintain performance metrics.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or International Trade.
2–4 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and transportation practices.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Fluent in business English, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage details under pressure.
