You will play a critical role in Infor’s growth by identifying, developing, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact between Infor and prospective customers, generating interest, building relationships, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales organization. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to execute go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:Drive outbound prospecting efforts through personalized outreach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, among other channels.Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads.Develop a strong understanding of Infor’s product portfolio and clearly articulate Infor’s value proposition, as well as product benefits to potential customers across various industries.Qualify inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to determine fit and potential for Infor solutions.Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support smooth opportunity transitions.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Infor’s evolving product offerings to engage prospects with confidence.Basic Qualifications:Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in B2B software or the technology space.Full proficiency in English and previous experience presenting information to customers.High energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.Experience with MS Office applications.Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.Full proficiency in engaging prospects and drive sales conversations through outbound calling.Preferred Qualifications:Research and organizational abilities, with a data-driven approach to prospecting.Communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and credibility quickly with senior-level stakeholders.Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable goals.
