Do you dream of making an impact? Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Sales Coordinator based in our São Paulo office to grow the Brazilian market to help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.

In this sales role, you will report to the Country Product Manager in São Paulo. We are searching for someone passionate about cultural exchange, who displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.
What you will do:
- Grow the Brazilian market in your assigned region, taking ownership of sales in your region, to reach sales targets
- Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer service
- Work together with our local au pair community to help achieve goals
- Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair
Who you are:
Personal qualifications:
- You are passionate about sales and highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets
- You love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our program
- You are a team player who brings a positive attitude and “nothing is impossible” spirit to the team
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen
- You have good time management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to the details and delivering on your goals
Professional Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales
- 6+ months of experience living abroad preferred
- Full proficiency in both Portuguese and English
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours.
