The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Tiler to deliver high-quality wall and floor tiling services as part of our Building Services team. You’ll work across a range of maintenance and project tasks — from bathroom and kitchen fit-outs to tiling repairs — ensuring safe, compliant, and customer-focused outcomes. You’ll be supported by our national BGIS Technical Services network with modern tools, vehicles, and systems that help you do your best work.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform all aspects of wall and floor tiling, waterproofing, and surface preparation
• Assist in bathroom and kitchen construction and refurbishments
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and minor building works
• Accurately record time, materials, and job details in the work order system
• Liaise with clients, site teams, and supervisors to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to BGIS standards
• Adhere to BGIS safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Your Education, Experience & Skills
• Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (required)
• Minimum 3+ years post-trade experience in commercial tiling
• WHS Construction White Card
• Waterproofing certificate or ability to self-warrant work (desirable)
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards for tiling, waterproofing, and screeding
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s licence & full working rights in Australia (essential)
• Ability to pass police and background checks
