Gruyere Gold Mine is located in the Yamarna Greenstone Belt in Western Australia. Gruyere was commissioned in 2019 and is one of Australia's largest and lowest cost gold mining operations boasting a plant production of 300,000+ ounces per annum with an enviable production profile in excess of 10 years.
Role Details:
Reporting to the Supply Supervisor, you will contribute to the achievement of operational and strategic targets by ensuring minimal disruption to safety and production through the effective supervision of a comprehensive supply function ensuring the timely procurement, receipt, issue, security and storage of materials and equipment.

This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth. It is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

About the role:
- Support the Supervisor in leading daily suppolu operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy accross all activities.
- Coordinate the reconciliation, scheduling, and delivering of fuel, reagents, and materials to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of critical spares and consumables, ensuring accurate storage and tracking within SAP.
- Build strong working relationships with planning and mechnical teams to understand and meet service requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members to maintain a professional, results-focused culture.

- Assist with stocktakes and contribute to continuous improvement in supply processes and systems.
About you:
- Previous experience in a mining supply environment, ideally in a senior or leading hand role
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- High-Risk Forklift Licence and Senior First Aid certification
- Proficient in using SAP
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support, guide and lead a small team
