The Role:

Working alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated leadership team within a recently built state-of-the-art showroom, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of defining and maintaining the exacting standards to which BMW customers truly deserve. You’ll also have the opportunity to service an untapped consumer market, generate fulfilling customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure.

As our BMW M & Luxury Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of showcasing and selling BMW’s most elite models. From the refined elegance of the luxury range to the adrenaline-pumping power of the BMW M series. In addition to meeting your sales targets, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Driving Sales Excellence: Lead customers through a premium sales journey tailored to BMW’s most exclusive vehicles.
  • Curating the Showroom Experience: Ensure our ‘M’ and luxury models are displayed to perfection, aligned with BMW standards.
  • Strategic Stock Management: Collaborate with the management team to ensure the right vehicles are ordered and available, keeping our showroom fresh and exciting.
  • Training: Assist in training the wider sales team on M & Luxury models.

What we need from you:

  • Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with prestige automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A team first mentality coupled with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • A commitment to grow with the brand and company
  • Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
  • A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives
  • A current driver's licence
