Joining our team means you’ll work alongside hazardous materials & occupational hygienists, experienced environmental scientists & engineers, geologists & hydrogeologists, and remediation and waste management consultants to deliver a broad range of complex site investigation and remediation projects.

What You’ll Do:


Supported by our Principals, you’ll contribute to innovative technical solutions while growing your career in a flexible, inclusive, and highly skilled environment. 

You will:

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale contaminated land projects from scoping to delivery

• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants

• Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators

• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders

• Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects

• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance on projects

 
What You’ll Need:

• Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in contaminated land consulting, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory engagement

• Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP – General, Site Contamination Specialist) or Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) highly regarded

• Strong knowledge of national and state environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to contaminated sites

• Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery

• Excellent technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes

• A commitment to safe, environmentally responsible project delivery

• Hold a full Australian driver’s license

• Be an Australian permanent resident or citizen (required for the Department of Defence)
  
  

This role will include some remote work within NT including shifts away from home.
