Marsh Valuation Services is continuing to grow both nationally and in QLD and as such are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer to join our team in Brisbane. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work on large non mortgage valuation projects for some of the country’s leading organisations in a dynamic team environment.

Marsh Valuation Services are specialists in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region with a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations with no reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations.

The role will see you be a senior member of the valuations team while undertaking valuations across QLD for a range of purposes. This role would suit a driven, growth focused individual open to travel with experience in undertaking valuations across a range of industries. This role offers the opportunity to grow with the business with the support of a major global organisation.


We will count on you to:

• Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various asset types for differing purposes.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively.
• The ability to travel intrastate for key client commitments as needed.
• Provide expert advice to clients on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.

What you need to have: 

• AAPI with CPV qualification.
• A minimum 3 years’ experience in performing valuations
• Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations
• Strong business development skills with a growth-focused mindset.
• Experience in project management.
• Availability to travel intrastate.
