Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of prior work experience in business development, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or similar environment.
- Experience managing xFN internal stakeholders and building excellent executive-level partner relationships.
- Experience building financial models and managing partners.

The Google Home Business Development team accelerates the global growth and innovation of the Home PA by driving new business opportunities through partnerships. We own the Third Party (3P) and partner strategy and business side of new features, products, and initiatives critical to the success of Google Home.In this role, you will develop strategies, identify, define and structure critical partnerships, negotiate agreements, and cultivate our relationships directly with partners. To execute effectively, you will collaborate with Home Product, Engineering, Planning, Partner Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure partner initiatives align with Cross-functional Objectives and Key Results (XFN OKRs). You will focus on developing partnerships with global carriers, operators, and other ecosystem partners to Gemini-powered Home vertical solutions and subscriptions. As such, you will be working closely with product counterparts to provide input on product strategy and requirements that enable partnerships, and you will be collaborating across Google to ensure a coordinated approach when engaging with our most partners. You should be a self-starter that is adept at identifying excellent partnership goals, with excellent quantitative and analytical skills to structure and evaluate prospective agreements. Responsibilities
- Identify, structure, analyze, and execute partnerships to drive Google Home business growth.
- Lead on all stages of the agreement, from strategy through goal identification, modeling, drafting all required documentation, and execution.
- Build relationships with global carriers and operators to drive the distribution of Gemini-powered Home vertical solutions and subscriptions.
- Execute on partner integrations, product launches and go-to-market plans.
- Lead cross-functional agreements with partners, through close collaboration with Product, Planning, Partner Engineering and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Operations, Finance).
