What you’ll do
• Partner Onboarding: Guide embedded banking and merchant acquiring partners through the full technical integration process — from discovery and solution validation to implementation planning, certification, and go-live readiness.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and external partners to design scalable embedded banking solutions leveraging our API platform. Ensure partner implementations align with compliance, risk, and operational requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our embedded banking and payments architecture, including APIs, authentication, webhooks, eventing, and data flows between systems. Provide consultative guidance on technical design decisions and integration best practices.
• Integration Support: Provide hands-on technical support to partner engineering teams during sandbox testing, certification, and production launch. Anticipate and troubleshoot API, gateway, and settlement challenges to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery.
• Documentation Ownership: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve partner-facing technical documentation for our APIs and integration processes — including guides, sample payloads, version histories, FAQs, and best practices. Ensure all materials reflect current product capabilities and compliance standards.
• Scalability & Enablement: Build reusable artifacts such as decision trees, troubleshooting playbooks, and quick-start guides to streamline onboarding and reduce friction for future partners.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in a technical, partner-facing role within the embedded banking or merchant acquiring space (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Manager)

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and webhook-based event architectures
• Proven experience supporting embedded finance models such as ISVs, PayFacs, sponsor banks, or BaaS platforms
• Familiarity with core banking systems, settlement flows, and merchant onboarding workflows is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
