What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of heavy equipment (diesel and gas engines).
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure safety and reliability.
- Communicate with customers and team members with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, parts, and service.
- Keep your work area organized, safe, and efficient.
What You Bring
- Technical experience repairing heavy or construction equipment.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- A clean driving record and your own basic hand tools.
- Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Desire to work in a supportive, family-style environment where your work is appreciated.
