Housekeeping Supervisor-Stevenson Oaks at METHODIST RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES

Affiliated with Methodist Retirement Communities and located in Fort Worth, Texas, Stevenson Oaks is our newest upscale senior living community! We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who shares our passion for creating a sparkling, welcoming environment that residents and guests love.

Also, this is a Monday- Friday position with NO Late Nights!

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate schedules and train new team members.
- Inspect spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment so we’re always ready to shine.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience (senior living, hotels, or healthcare preferred), with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style and a knack for motivating others.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards.
