As an SuccessFactors Delivery Lead professional at Accenture, you will play a crucial role by using your in-depth SuccessFactors expertise, you will coach and manage your team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients’ requirements as well as plan and budget. As you will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, you will use your people skills to co-operate closely with Accenture and client colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders, will help you to deliver and create future value
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Minimum of 10 years SAP experience, in several disciplines/functional areas
You should have significant experience in managing delivery of global multi-module SAP / SuccessFactors programs and delivering to a differentiated commercial construct (non-T&M) such as risk reward, fixed price, fixed scope
Accountable for rigorous project management, ensuring scope, timeline, risk and quality management in accordance with Accenture delivery principles, policies and standards
Experience with different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile) in multiple phases of the delivery lifecycle and driving delivery in a multi-vendor or hybrid environment where you have led a mixed team (client, 3rd parties, contractors.)
Must have the highest level of leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas. Excellent presentation skills.
Effective at mobilizing new contracts and contract extensions transitioned from sales process into delivery.
Establishes strong client relationships and credibility by deeply understanding client needs, defining a client-centric view of delivery success, and quickly closing the loop on all client requests/feedback
Pursues ongoing delivery innovations and improvements using industry/domain acumen to contextualize Accenture’s evolving capabilities and thought leadership within the client environment
Develops the next generation of delivery leads by fostering engaged, capable teams that deliver consistent performance and innovation; creates a team culture that reflects Accenture’s core values and lives those values in day-to-day interactions
Brings the best of Accenture to client priorities/challenges by pulling in the right experts and solutions from across the Accenture ecosystem
Proactively brings new ideas and innovation to our clients that underscore Accenture’s differentiation and value add
Key Skills and Experience
Background in HCM (SuccessFactors) in the context of business transformation (HR Transformation); candidate will have experience working across multiple workstreams, services (consulting and technology) and distributed teams
Experience in managing contracts (incl. P&L) up to $5mn
Deeply focused on client success, attuned to client sentiments, business priorities and challenges, and how our work can help them achieve their goals
As a SuccessFactors Delivery Lead, you are responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of Accenture’s SuccessFactors projects. You will be expected to lead and drive all aspects of a project or program: from design to build, test, and post-go-live-support. Connecting with our clients, you will define scope and plan for an implementation.
Next to focusing on delivery, you will also get the opportunity to develop new business development at (new) clients and contribute to the Accenture SAP Business Group in terms of knowledge or asset development.
