Quality Engineer
Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Engineer!
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about manufacturing quality, continuous improvement, and data-driven process excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact at one of the world’s leading printing and packaging manufacturers for collectible trading cards.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement quality standards, inspection protocols, and mistake-proofing (poka-yoke) systems to ensure product compliance.
Perform root cause analysis and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for production quality issues.
Support supplier quality management through audits, Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and performance tracking.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and quality reports to analyze SPC data, trends, and KPIs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on automation and quality system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management preferred.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality or quality assurance role—preferably in the printing, packaging, or production industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Minitab.
Experience with FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across production, engineering, and supplier teams.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt, or CQE certification preferred.
