| SUMMARY: | With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools’ mission, vision and core values, the Grow Your Own Program Coordinator oversees the program and provides leadership in recruiting, supporting, and mentoring Edina Public Schools employees who are eligible for Grow Your Own and Special Education Teacher Pathway funding. |
RATE OF PAY: | The salary for this position ranges from $9,746.25 to $11,445, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual’s experience and the district’s budget. |
BENEFITS: | All employees participate in the state’s largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). In addition, employees can participate in the 403(b) retirement program, with eligibility for a district match based on the terms and conditions outlined in the employee work agreement. Eligible employees also receive paid time off in accordance with the provisions outlined in the employee work agreement. QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: | Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience required. Teaching experience preferred. |
