We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide therapy services to adults, children, and families through telehealth. Position Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. This position primarily offers services via telehealth, with the option to conduct in-person sessions at our Minnetonka office. The therapist works under the direction of the Mental Health Treatment Director and the clinical supervision of the Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy through telehealth, with the option to offer in-person sessions at our Minnetonka office.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver services consistent with Minnesota DHS and professional licensing standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external care team members, to ensure integrated and client-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and team meetings as required.
  • Support a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach to care.
  •  Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and agency policies.

Requirements

  • Must live in the state of Minnesota 
  • Must hold an active license in the state of Minnesota as one of the following:
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Must have a minimum of 4,000 hours of supervised experience providing clinical services to adults, adolescents, and/or children with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental disorders, or traumatic brain injuries.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience providing telehealth therapy and comfort using virtual platforms.
  •  Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
  •  Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive and person-centered care.
  •  Experience working with Medicaid or community-based mental health programs (e.g., ARMHS, CTSS).
  •  Strong collaboration and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment.
