What You'll Do:

• Provide full management oversight of your assigned terminal.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT regulations, as well as company and customer safety policies.
• Lead and train your team to follow customer and company work instructions, quality procedures, and site standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage site performance to meet financial and productivity goals, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure associates are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to meet site performance goals.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience with P&L responsibility (railroad experience is a plus).
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• A valid state driver's license and ability to operate vehicles with standard or automatic transmissions.
• Flexibility to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and be on call as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights over 16 feet.
• Able to wear all required PPE and meet the physical demands of the role.
