As part of its strategic expansion into the United States, the company is establishing a new Sales and Operations Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead this exciting new venture.
This is a full-time W-2, direct-hire role.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all operational, sales, and administrative activities of the Kansas City branch.
Drive business development efforts to expand the company’s presence in the U.S. market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key partners across the region.
Support the full sales cycle, including client acquisition, order processing, logistics coordination, and after-sales service.
Lead and develop the local branch team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
Coordinate with the head office to ensure smooth communication, reporting, and operational alignment.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and strategic improvements.
Prepare and submit regular performance, sales, and market reports to company leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations.
Other responsibilities within the position may be required from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial or operations experience, preferably in sales, logistics, or manufacturing.
Prior experience in hunting, ammunition, metal casting, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Eligible to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically as needed.
