About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will be working closely with our distributors and sales team to ensure the success of our sales plan. Your major end result will be to increase sales volume and revenue for our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in regional sales, distributor sales, or territory sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in national sales or managing national accounts
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in district sales or managing sales teams

Responsibilities:
