INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA is look for a Digital Production Coordinator to join our growing team!
This is a long-term freelance role, looking for candidates local to SoCal.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Digital Production is a discipline that executes creative ideas which are actualized on various digital platforms. Spanning across websites, augmented reality, live broadcasts, CRM, OLM, data sciences, and more—the INNOCEAN Digital Production team leads projects to produce interactive experiences. Understanding how things work by analyzing each piece and then building them back together is our specialty. Our goal is to provide a high standard of excellence while driving operational efficiency.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a bright, resourceful, and proactive Digital Production Coordinator to work with us. The successful candidate must be a go-getter who can assist the team with projects from concept phase through final release.
Work ranges from banner updates to data entry for live feeds, to inputting dynamic content in advertising across a network of properties our users can be found, to assisting Digital Producers. You will work closely with Account, UX, Creative, Strategy, Data Sciences, and Tech team(s) to ensure the project is on schedule, within scope, and produced to the highest quality.
Our Coordinator serves as a key point of communication within their respective team. They are involved in a project from start to finish, helping wherever possible to meet the needs of the team and Client. Throughout this experience, the coordinator will gain insight into many departments within the Agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of project resourcing and timelines. Help to ensure that timelines are progressing and are being adhered to.
- Coordinate work-start and production meetings, take meeting notes, and identify and communicate next steps to team members.
- Route materials for approval throughout various departments. Take ownership of the routing process and understand comments and questions that arise during the process.
- Manage the process with a keen attention to detail.
- Facilitate hand-off of deliverables to partners, publishers and vendors (internally and externally for the Agency).
- Serve as a central point of contact on projects. Build strong relationships among all departments and become an unfailing resource to all team members. Facilitate communication between departments
- Help to ensure projects follow process and adhere to agency audit guidelines
- Fully participate in all training initiatives and activities
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- This is an entry level position, so no prior digital production experience required, but wouldn’t hurt if you had it!
- Familiar with Office Suite and Google Suite (Drive, Doc, Sheets, etc.), and eager to learn the tools we use (Smartsheet, Basecamp, etc.).
- Advertising internship or related experience preferred.
- Extracurricular industry-related groups, organization membership preferred
- You should be technically inclined, digitally savvy, and be able to use Google to educate yourself and find solutions.
- Impeccable documentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The compensation range for this role is $24.04-$26 hour.
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
