A London-based Managing General Agent (MGA) preparing for sale is seeking an experienced Finance Manager on a 3-month contract to provide hands-on finance support and help get the business sale-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A and financial reporting activities aligned with pre-sale requirements
- Support internal controls, reconciliations, and financial processes
- Work closely with management and external advisors through the sale process
- Provide expertise on Lloyd’s market and Syndicate finance operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in Lloyd’s/Syndicate finance environment
- Strong FP&A and financial control background
- Previous exposure to M&A or sale preparation preferred
- Manager-level experience, ideally within insurance finance
