Logistics Administrator

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $24–$26 per hour

Reports To: Logistics Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced distribution network. This role provides essential administrative and analytical support to the logistics team—keeping systems accurate, reports consistent, and operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Generate, compile, and distribute daily and weekly performance reports.

• Maintain user accounts, credentials, and permissions across logistics platforms (TMS, telematics, fuel systems, dashcams, etc.).

• Troubleshoot access or configuration issues and support system integrations.

• Assist with onboarding new users—credential setup, orientation, and basic system training.

• Partner with logistics managers to identify reporting needs and drive process improvements.

• Perform data validation and auditing to ensure information accuracy.

• Handle other administrative and analytical tasks to support the logistics function.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations support, or data administration.

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

• Experience with logistics or transportation management systems preferred.

• A keen eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational excellence.

• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
